This is no ordinary Tapas restaurant; the Bound'ry infuses life into food. It is famous for its unique presentation of Flapjacks—tiny pancakes topped with sauteed lobster, roasted pistachios, apples and Indian spices. The menu changes frequently, but standby favorites include Ostrich, Paella, Cajun Veal Chops and Barbeque Chicken-Crawfish Manicotti. The kitchen isn't the only star here.
