After the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina, Chappy's Seafood Restaurant relocated to downtown Nashville and reopened as Chappy's on Church. This authentic New Orleans restaurant features live jazz music, an outstanding menu of Cajun and Creole delights and an atmosphere of beautiful stained glass and fine art. Rather than side booths, Chappy's includes a number of individual enclaves for private seating, which enable guests to hear the music and also enjoy dinner-table conversation. The food and service are both fabulous and the desserts are decadent-mile-high and delicious-especially the C'est Magnifique coconut cake.
