A cigar sign that really smokes hangs outside this pale green building with its typical French Quarter balcony. It draws a lot of interest from tourists wondering if, perhaps,, the building is on fire. But the only thing that really smokes here are the patrons. Open doors and ceiling fans keep this Latin cultured humidor relatively smoke free. You may enjoy your premium quality stogie with coffee or your choice of liquor. While you inhale and indulge, take a moment to notice the Latin American imports. Browse through the hammocks, handcarved masks, handwoven baskets and Mayan artifacts collected from Nicaragua, Colombia and Honduras. Hardwood tables and chairs are strategically placed for optimum people watching while you enjoy one of its many fine cigars that include: Louisiana Perique, Ashton, Cohiba, Corona, and rare, decades-old vintage cigars. Cigars of more recent vintage range in price from USD2.95 for singles to hundreds of dollars for a box of 10 or 25. Older cigars run as much as USD95 each. Review © 2007, Wcities |
