Located inside the Regency Hotel, the American restaurant 540 Park attracts the city's movers and shakers with its quiet elegance and privacy. The breakfast (which requires a reservation) and brunch are both excellent, as is dinner. Pre-theater dining is also available. The wine list is lengthy and there is a full bar.
