Located in the modern and elegant Four Seasons Hotel, this New American dining spot boasts an exquisite design by I. M. Pei. With its soaring ceilings and muted color scheme, it is a contemporary update of Old World elegance. The rich and opulent food is also contemporary, but retains its ties to the past. Dishes like lobster caesar salad and steamed mussels in thai red curry are innovative without being outrageous. Dessert options include an assortment of sorbets or a rich steamed pudding.
