What began as a small troupe presenting in an auditorium on Bleecker and Carmine Streets, is now housed in a four storey building at 319 Bowery. A full fledged company Amato Opera has been putting up a number of seasons for your entertainment and pleasure. It also supports and encourages new talent. The Marriage of Figaro and Barber of Seville, among others, have been performed here through the years. So go ahead and get yourself a pass to some good ol' classics performed by budding new talent.
