This former Greek revival style residential building, combines an intimate atmosphere with some of the best shows off Broadway. It was in January 1968 that this place became operational as a theater and it now has a capacity of 300. Playwrights like Sam Shepard and John Ford Noonan have had their plays premiered at this prestigious venue.
