After spending some time in Japan, chef Josh DeChellis decided to open up this modern tempura bar, which he hopes will be the first of many to come. DeChellis experimented with over a hundred tempura batters before he came up with just the perfect mix. However, he won't share the recipe with anyone. But you're welcome to try his tempura anytime, with a variety of dipping sauces as well. You can also order panko-crusted pork, chicken tonkatsu, or a beef beignet.
