All the kitsch that fits into a million beads |

Things made by our own hands have a warmth that can't be bought in other forms. If you like to make your own jewelry, or have made pieces for others, you know this. The Bead Weyr is West Village's resource for multicolored bits and pieces; but don't come here for stones or ornate beads. This is an almost exclusive kitsch retailer, albeit in every color you may need. Translucent, multihued, vibrant or plain, the beads here look like fun. Silver, brass and imitation gold morsels are sold along side jaded African coins and vintage striped seed beads. Or, if you have had enough of beads for a while, you can sell your old ones here.
