This Italian restaurant is famous for its two-course all-you-can-eat dinner for $21.95, featuring an appetizer and a choice of pasta dishes. It does not hurt that its location is convenient to most Broadway theaters. The dishes tend to be simple and full of flavor, and offer excellent value.
