If the French and the Americans can agree on one thing, it would probably be the menu at Bette. Created by Chef Ken Addington and rated '3 stars' by Forbes magazine, each plat is a marriage between the two culturally different cuisines. The caviar, quail egg and lobster may all exude snootiness and taste exquisite, but the feather in Bette's chapeaux is the Truffled Frites (humble potato fries dressed with truffle oil).
