The Betty Bakery is a joint venture by wedding cake experts Cheryl Kleinman and Ellen Baumwoll. The bakery is a homage to the teacher, Betty Von Nostrand, who familiarized the experts to the craft. Apart from that the name gave a homely feel to the place. Cupcakes, fruit pastries, cinnamon challah twists, to name a few, are favorites and Valrhona chocolate cakes, rustic plum pie are to die for. Of course, the signature wedding cakes will still be baked, but you can also look out for rich, creamy, chocolaty puddings, and tapioca.
