The newly renovated West Park Hotel plays host to a spanking new outlet of the Blue Ribbon chain. Owners Bruce and Eric Bromberg aim to imbibe the success of their Soho venture into this chic spot. Experience the flavors cooked up by experienced sushi chefs, who make the meal delightful even to those who abhor the delicacy. Japanese Horse Mackerel is not missed. Other Japanese fare also accompany the sushi on the menu. Noodles, rice and a gamut of meats entice patrons with their names and descriptions. Chocolate Bruno ends the meal with a satisfactory smile.
