Not exactly a restaurant, and not exactly a tea room, this spot is found on the eighth floor of Saks Fifth Avenue. There are many good dishes on the menu, well-behaved children are welcome, and the view of St. Patrick's Cathedral is inspirational. Tea, coffee, bar drinks, soups, salads, sandwiches, smoked salmon, penne with Gulf shrimp, and seasonal fresh fruit and frozen yogurts are available. A harpist performs at tea time.
