This popular Village restaurant goes beyond the usual curry and tandoori dishes to present flavorful, nouveau Indian fare. Rich dosas and samosas, lamb specials and vegan marvels surprise and delight patrons. The kitchen may be viewed through a glass partition from the dining area; and given the wizardry performed there, this may be one of the best shows in town.
