This cafe is named after the founder of the Neue Galerie museum Serge Sabarsky, and is an ode to the Viennese cafes where intellectuals are often found engaged in discussion. The Austrian menu includes Sabarsky Frühstück, linzertorte and strudgel. The decor, comprising classic furniture and lighting, is befitting the premises.
