Since its establishment in 1997, Cara Mia has offered guests a wide selection of Italian dishes and in doing so has earned quite a favorable reputation among patrons. Chef Luis Cozo creatively dishes up homemade pastas along with mouth-watering meat and seafood offerings that encourages one to make repeated visits. Start with a smattering of Capellini a Modo Mio or papardelle alla Bolognese, both Italian country favorites. Pair it up with a glass of house wine and your elegant dining experience is complete.
