This restaurant is one of the four dining places at The Carlyle Hotel. And this English manor styled restaurant serves exquisite French cuisine. Beige walls, brown drapes and bright yellow flowers on every table add to the intimate atmosphere. Paintings and carvings on the walls also enhance the country-like setting. The attention to detail is most evident in the menu - imperatives are Terrine de Foie Gras de Canard Français au Naturel French Foie Gras Terrine, Spring Vegetable Risotto, and Le Soufflé au Chocolat Double.
