This fun Mexican restaurant is located in a newly trendy section of the Lower East Side. There is tasty food and friendly service, with hip music playing in the background. The dining room features a long communal table in the center of the room, with more intimate seating available as well. Downstairs is a hip space with DJs performing on weekends. Popular dishes include Tamalitos Oaxaquenos (little chicken tamales in banana leaves with mole sauce), Caramelized Sea Scallops on Rice with Plantain Chips, and Sirloin Steak with Sauteed Cactus.
