Centro Vinoteca has two storeys to itself that is open and airy, with huge windows overlooking the Seventh Avenue. The chef offers Italian food with Italian wine. You can try piccolini, appetizers, pastas and thin slices of raw fennel salad and fregola, snapper with cauliflower, black olives and caper-berries. For desserts try panna cotta with peaches or cheesecake served with macerated blueberries. The ground level is crowded and noisy and the chef can be seen cooking behind the kitchen counter.
