The Oaxacan restaurant serves up authentic Mexican cuisine right here in New York. The chilies are very much present in the food served, after all, it is Mexican food. The Oaxacan touch can be seen in the fried grasshoppers, though that may not go down well with most people. Those kinds can go in for the more tame tortillas and guacamole or even the enchiladas.
