The cuisine served at Chubo is an indelible blend of Asian and French cooking methods. Adding to the cross-cultural feel of the restaurant are the bare brick walls, adorned with paintings by various local artists. Chef-cum-owner Claude Chassagne comes up with dishes, such as Indian Spiced Hangarsteak, Vegetarian Risotto and more, which form a part of the limited yet seasonally changing menu. The restaurant is also popular for its prix fixe menus and especially, for its monthly 'Theme Ingredient Dinners', where one ingredient remains the base of several dishes.
