With 10,000 square feet of space and an impressive array of equipment, this lower Manhattan gym is the place to go for everything related to boxing, from basic lessons to professional training. There are speed bags and double-end bags, free weights, calisthenics equipment and treadmills. There are also elevated rings for standard boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing and Tae Kwon Do. Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes and Evander Holyfield are only a few of the gym's alumni. Fees for general membership range from $20 for one day to $629 for a year.
