El Cocotero is a friendly neighborhood restaurant, known for its delicious Venezuelan fare. The chef conjures up specialties like churrasco and pollo al horno, a baked chicken preparation. Another authentic creation is the cachapa con pollo, a pancake made out of sweet fresh corn. Other Venezuelan delights include the baked and stuffed arepas and pabellon criollo, which is a traditional dish. The cozy atmosphere and efficient staff with their friendly banter make for a pleasant dining experience.
