Vegetarians have a hard time in the Big Apple, even though every nook and corner of the city has at least one eatery. Counter is a stand-alone 100 percent vegetarian organic wine and martini bar. The name and menu may paint a boring picture, but you will do away with all your pre-conceived notions as soon as you enter this pretty, chirpy restaurant.
