This new upscale American is arguably the most exciting Manhattan restaurant to open in years. Owned by celebrity chef Tom Colicchio (who remains chef of nearby Gramercy Tavern), Craft utilizes only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. One bite of his Roasted Scallops will make you a believer.
