Starting with the rickshaw outside, this welcome addition to New York's Vietnamese restaurant scene has a style all its own. The smallish bistro setting features tables decorated with tiny tea glasses. Sophisticated yet friendly, the restaurant puts great care into presenting its food in an appealing way. The appetizer list features light spring rolls and crispy egg rolls.
