This barbecue house in Harlem has managed to wedge a small slice of biker and country culture right into one of the city's densest urban neighborhoods. "Pit Platters" include pulled pork and delectably moist barbecued chicken, while some of the "Specialty" plates venture a bit further from Texas, with Churrasco Chicken Steak and Korean Style BBQ Beef Ribs making appearances.
