This fine American restaurant with French overtones is located in the Peninsula Hotel. This is an intimate setting, with an elegant black-on-white color scheme. A la carte prices are high, but the prix fixe menu is a better bargain, and lunch or brunch is comparatively modest. Start with an elegant appetizer like foie gras.
