This is one of the two Flames steakhouses in New York City, and is located in the Financial District. It offers USDA-certified meat, which is carefully aged for 28 days and heated at high temperatures for exceptional texture and taste. The kitchen sources fresh lobster and crab from the markets on a daily basis to ensure the quality of the seafood menu. Almost 60,000 wine bottles are neatly racked in the cellar.
