Run by the non-profit Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts, this building is home to exhibits, special events, opera, jazz and theater. Erected in 1864, Flushing Town Hall is a Romanesque Revival style building. It has long been a center of community life in the neighborhood, and the site of year-round cultural activities including art shows, concerts, educational programs and other community events.
