Run by the non-profit Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts, this building is home to exhibits, special events, opera, jazz and theater. Erected in 1864, Flushing Town Hall is a Romanesque Revival style building. It has long been a center of community life in the neighborhood, and the site of year-round cultural activities including art shows, concerts, educational programs and other community events. It is free to enter the building during normal business hours. Costs vary for exhibits and performances. Call or visit the Web site for more information.
