Buried in the basement of the ultra posh Barney's department store is this bustling gem of a restaurant catering to enthusiastic shoppers. A versatile menu blends traditional fare with a global influence. Start with potato latkes or antipasto. Veal Milanese, New York Strip steak and sautéed chicken livers on crostini are all popular. Service is considerate but the pace can be fast. Several good wines are available by the glass.
