This new eatery in Harlem, owned by Michelle Jean, serves authentic Chinese fare with a difference - the menu has been carefully compiled, so much so that each dish is skillfully prepared and assuredly loaded with healthy ingredients! You can now hog on the tastiest treats and need not keep a watch on the calories. No wonder Ginger is so popular! The only thing that could do with some improvement at this restaurant is the service.
