Mexican motley! |
755-757 Fulton Street Fort Greene, Brooklyn New York, NY 11217 +1 718 230 8238 / +1 718 858 9500 |
Ever since Habana Outpost opened its doors to the public, it has been one of the most happening spots in Brooklyn. Unlike its original in Manhattan, this branch has two new features that set it apart - a solar-powered kitchen and an alfresco dining area. The interesting mosaic of colors makes for a great decor, while the traditional Mexican fare is the best you'll get in Brooklyn. On weekends the restaurant's patio is transformed into a market place with various art and craft items, and activities for the kids. The bio-degradable forks, knives, plates and furniture are something to look out for as are the special cups made of corn. But all this is available to you for only six months in a year, as the restaurant remains open from May to October only! Review © 2009, Wcities |
