The Hummus Place caters to authentic middle eastern cuisine lovers. Hummus is a dip made of ground chickpeas, tahini (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, and garlic, and often olive oil and paprika. Served along with delicious puffy pitas and finger licking tasty pickles, this Israeli dish is a culinary delight. For dessert try their specialty... three different types of baklavas or go directly for a Turkish coffee. Also the economical pricing and decent portions add to the charm of this place.
