It may not look lavish, but generous portions and fresh produce distinguish this spot from a legion of other Chinese restaurants in the West Village. The responsive staff wiil do its best to honor special requests. They serve both white and brown rice. The Moo Shu Chicken and Moo Shu Vegetable are particularly good, and the seafood is also commendable.
