A plate of clear glass and shimmering candlelights take you to a large tent with hanging chandeliers, while a rock waterfall observes your every move. Yes, you're still in New York. You're at InTent. Faux Moroccan, the decor doesn't do justice to Chefs François Payard and Eric Estrella's eggplant, carpaccio and monk-fish creations. The cuisine is not what can be called 'authentic' and InTent makes no bones about it either.
