This venue is a well kept secret among the Malaysian and Singaporean communities in New York City. Jaya serves the typical 'hawker center' fare of these two countries. The way to begin to a meal is with the fiery Homemade Roti Chanai appetizer. It can be followed with a main course of Beef Rendang with Rice or Kungpao Squid with Rice. These are available in lunch or dinner portions.
