A quartet of famed chefs, using all their combined experience from their former restaurants, decided to start this Japanese joint. Their sushi bar seats eight and is worth trying out. Stay away from the extra hot wasabe sauce even if the trained sashimi chefs insist that you try it. The decor is minimalistic and very Japanese chic.
