Mad 28 is a casual but elegant Italian restaurant that manages to feel cozy and spacious at the same time. Although the crowd tends to be trendy professionals, the place is pretty much attitude free. Dishes like spaghetti with clams in a spicy garlic sauce and striped bass with asparagus hit the spot.
