Market Tables takes a unique stab at the meaning of fresh produce; it is a market-cum-restaurant. The same produce used to create the American Noveau cuisine in the restaurant, which opens for both lunch and dinner. The kitchen turns out gussied up America fare like Bacon-Wrapped Diver Scallops, crab cake sandwiches and burgers. However, burgers at Market Table are topped with delectable and fancied ingredients such as Gorgonzola cheese, bacon and caramelized onions.
