Restaurateur Charlie Palmer's menu here is a mix of American and Italian, with some Asian flavors thrown in for good measure. It is located inside Grand Central Station, where patrons can look down at commuters rushing to catch a train. The restaurant features a minimalist décor, allowing you to focus on the beaux-arts design of the station.
