Named after the owners, a husband and wife team, Carmine and Beth Minardi, Minardi Salon offers high-class, high style services to a very posh clientele. Forget about walk-ins, as it takes at least a few days to get an appointment at this salon. Located on the fourth floor of an unassuming building, inside it is as luxurious as one would expect.
