The food is always tasty at Miss Saigon, and this casual spot has good and friendly service and welcomes families with children. While the decor is uninspired, fresh orchids placed on each table add a touch of color. Papaya salad, cucumber salad with peanuts, pho bo (oxtail) soup, lemongrass chicken on skewers, frog legs and vegetarian summer rolls are popular appetizers.
