Lincoln Center Theater is America's largest not-for-profit theater, and produces plays and musicals all year round. The Mitzi E Newhouse Theater opened in 1967, and lies at the lower level of the Vivian Beaumont Theater building in New York. This building was formally called the Forum, and is full of rich heritage. This entertainment complex has housed several award winning productions and is popular with regular theatergoers.
