Built in 1923, Yankee Stadium is the home of the New York Yankees, with capacity to seat more than 57,000 eager fans. Some of baseball's greatest players have called the stadium home, including no less than Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio. In fact, the team is the most successful franchise in sports history, and that tradition continues today.
