This utterly charming downtown restaurant serves delicious food from the Basque region of Spain (in the northwestern part of the country) to a crowd of appreciative, young sophisticates. There are plenty of adorable touches like wine bottles lining the walls, but the best thing about the décor is the blue mosaic floor. The tables are small, intimate and close together.
