This Contemporary American restaurant, located off the lobby of the Plaza Hotel, offers views of Central Park directly across the street. It caters to tourists and local businesspeople, featuring such upscale fare as caviar, smoked salmon and a raw oyster bar. It is owned by restaurateur Alan Stillman, who also heads Smith & Wollensky and Park Avenue Cafe in Manhattan. Reviews of ONEc.p.s. have been mixed since its opening, but most approve of the well-rounded wine list, welcoming staff and light-filled dining room.
