Part of the ever-expanding Lower East Side hipster scene, the long, narrow Orchard Bar has one of the most fascinating interiors of any bar in the city. Jars with apples floating in them sit above the bar, and skulls, bamboo and eerie sculptures line the walls. It is a hypnotic alternative to velvet and couches. The bartenders are friendly and you can get their attention amid all the noise.
