In New York City, the question of where to dine leaves one with an endless list of choices and options. But if it's the food of Spain that you're after, consider taking a trip over to Pamplona - well known chef Alex Urena's newest passion project. Although chef Urena is well-known in New York's Spanish cuisine hub for his former restaurant Urena, this time around he's narrowing his scope. Pamplona's menu primarily focuses on Basque-style cuisine and tapas. And don't expect too many frills - this place has a laid back atmosphere, a great ambiance and affordable prices. Menu items include tapas and appetizers such as snow crab and asparagus with chorizo, as well as entrees-for-two like Dorade, Hake and Paella.
